Cancellation Policy
Booking & Service Terms 1. Booking & Reservation. Dates are confirmed only upon a signed contract and reservation deposit. Slots are first-come, first-served. 2. Deposit. A non-refundable 50% deposit secures the date; the 50% balance is due seven (7) days before the event day, before setup. 3. Final Headcount. Guaranteed pax must be confirmed at least 3 days before the event. Additional guests on-site are charged the per-head rate. 4. Service Duration. Standard service is up to 3 hours of live crepe cooking. Extensions may be arranged at an added fee. 5. Setup Requirements. Client provides a stable 2×2 m area, table access, and a power outlet. Setup requires 1 hour before service. 6. Travel. Coverage within Metro Manila; venues outside may incur a travel fee quoted on booking. 7. Cancellation / Rescheduling. Rescheduling is allowed once with 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations forfeit the deposit. 8. Force Majeure. For events beyond either party's control, Crêpe Central will reschedule in good faith without penalty.
